Professional Background
Brian has been a licensed architect for over twenty years, practicing originally in Chicago and now in the Boston area where he founded an independent firm for residential clients. Previously he worked with three Chicago architecture firms on projects ranging in complexity, including residences, corporate interiors and elementary schools. Through diverse experience he has gained a depth of knowledge in architectural design, project management and construction technology, and has developed an insight to seek creative solutions in his work. In addition to a Master of Architecture education, he holds an MBA that serves as a foundation to provide client services and manage a small business.

Brian’s work has been dedicated to residential architecture for over fifteen years. He has completed a breadth of projects ranging from interior renovations to large additions and new home construction. He has collaborated with other architects on extensive single-family homes and managed teams for commercial projects. Although complexity varies, Brian believes the challenges of meeting client expectations, achieving design that is appealing and functional, and working through the design and construction process are similar with every project.
